Much of the text was originally published in the "Pretoria News" under the column "Landmarks of Old Pretoria". Looks at the buildings of Kruger's day and the men who built, lived, and worked in them. While not a definitive history of Pretoria, this volume provides a detailed overview of what in any case is a short history and which has not been superceded by any other text. Includes original colour photograph of the Dopper Church. Bookplate and one small inscription covered by a label ffep else a Fine copy in VG+ protected d/w (slight fading to spine).
