A very early American law journal of which only 24 issues were to appear; early issues close with a list of agents and a law bookseller ad. Contains 23 of 24 issues (July 1830 - June 1831). Missing #20. Contains also the record of a speech given by Robert Y. Hayne, a proponent of States Rights and Free Trade in 1831. Also contains the record of a speech given By Vice President John C.
