Dr Jacob Fatile is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Industrial Relations and Public Administration, Lagos State University, Ojo. He holds Ph.D in Public Administration from University of Benin, M.Sc in Political Science (Public Administration), University of Lagos and B.Sc in Political Science from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria
