The "Old Book Surfer" store was started in 2009 near downtown Schenectady N.Y., in the "Bellevue" neighborhood first settled by General Electric and Alco Locomotive workers who built a small canal town into a mighty engine of U.S. industry. In 2014 we relocated to our present larger quarters in Cambridge, NY. Our literary and general interest bookstore also offers Recorded Music on vinyl to a collector clientele. We try to describe every internet item -- book or record -- as clearly as possible, just as if you were viewing it personally in the shop. With 20 years of collecting experience in our fields, we welcome you as either an on-line or in-store visitor! Our current business hours are Wed.-Sun., from 1-6pm, eastern time.
