Published in London in 1759, stated eighth edition, this is an attractive early printing of these classic tales of Knights and Chivalry, bound in an old full leather binding, neatly rebacked retaining the original spine panel, internally well illustrated with woodcuts, a small slim format, 5.75 inches tall approx., 156 pages, with a publishers list of publications printed on the rear of the frontispiece, a number of the woodcut designs have been used more than once within the book, gilt armorial coats of arms to both boards with two old ownership bookplates to front endpapers, some browning to a few pages, else in good general condition, N° de ref. del artículo 003384
