Sinopsis: This book lays out a path to enable businesses to overcome today's monumental hurdles. It shows that the key to returning to business prosperity is the most underutilized resource available to us -- Human Capital. It further shows how companies can increase employee productivity and morale by leveraging and effectively utilizing human assets. This book shows how a company can tap into this valuable resource by: (1) acknowledging that its Human Capital is indeed a tremendous asset, (2) directing new assets towards addressing new threats and opportunities, (3) maintaining organizational flexibility so that new skills can be rapidly developed, shared, and implemented.

This book will help managers and leaders at all levels and in all types of organizations to improve their organizations through a better understanding of how to tap into the power of their greatest untapped treasure - Human Capital.

Dr. Polesky served for over 40 years with Fortune 500 companies including General Electric, Honeywell, and IBM. He earned a Doctorate in Organizational Development from the Union University and Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio and a Masters degree in Business/Quality from the University of Miami in Coral Gables. He completed his undergraduate degree at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. During his tenure with General Electric he was involved with designing and developing several management training courses for the company's Corporate University at Crotonville, NY, and was deeply involved with the company's implementation of Lean Six Sigma where was certified as a Master Black Belt.
