Raised spine bands with title and date labels in black leather with gilt letters. OVERALL VERY GOOD++. THERE IS LIGHT WEAR TO BASICALLY CLEAN BOARDS, SMALL DISCOLORATION ON TOP CORNER OF FRONT BOARD, AND LIGHTLY WORN CORNERS. HINGES ARE TIGHT. ORIGINAL MAP AND ALL PLATES PRESENT IN VERY GOOD SHAPE. INTERIOR IS QUITE CLEAN AND BRIGHT WITH VIRTUALLY NO FOXING BEYOND THE ENDPAPERS. NO OWNER NAME, BOOKPLATE, WRITING OR MARKS.
