36pp. This is a little gem of a book on Boston, Mass. issued with the compliments of the Cunard Steamship Company. It was published for the purpose of drawing the British public's attention to the Boston service of the Cunard Line and to the many points of interest in and around Boston. It extols the all-weather comfort of the two Royal Mail steamers built expressly for this route - Saxonia and Ivernia. Also included is a brief history of the Cunard Line. The staples holding the pages together have rusted slightly and the frontispiece is beginning to detach from the text block but the little book is still in amazing condition. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. N° de ref. de la librería 000937
