Two volumes. Crown quarto. Pp. xxxiii, 610; xlv, 869, plus a set of 13 (double-page) diagrams, printed on different paper. Tables. Original printed wrappers, untrimmed edges bit dusty, small chip at foot of one spine. In about fine condition and crisp interiors (old institutional stamps). A practically unused set with both volumes still entirely unopened! ~ First edition. Reprint was published in 1980 (Vaduz , Topos).
