S. Reinhart titled "On A String--The Latest Conquest" -- Page 97 has a full page engraving by Frenzeny & Tavernier titled "Mormondom--A Fresh Supply Of Wives--Going Out To The Settlements" (Mormon) -- Page 100 has a full page engraving by C. S. Reinhart titled "Congratulatory" accompanied by an article on page 101 titled "President Grant And His Assailants" -- Page 101 has a large engraving by Thomas Nast titled "Which Means Nothing"--New York Tribune, January 12, 1875 (Advertising For An Assassin Of The President Of The United States) -- Pages 106 & 107 have a magnificent double page engraving titled "Castaway" accompanied by an article on page 105 -- This issue also contains a portion of the serialization of "The Law And The Lady" by Wilkie Collins -- Many articles related to these engravings and other events occurring at the time -- This paper is technically referred to as a periodical, however, it is a Historical Document, recording events at the time of their occurrence -- An excellent opportunity for the Historian, Researcher or Collector. ---- We store and ship each Harper's Weekly issue in a large zip lock plastic sleeve with a board insert for stiffness.
