This is the increasingly emulated 193 page Olive Edition with an intriguing Author's Preface. Frontispiece portrait of a father with a harp laying for his boy and eight other full-page illustrations rendered by the near iconic mind and hand of Reginald Birch. 8 pages of advertisements at end. Publisher's original light green cloth, pictorial upper cover stamped in gilt, dark green and purple, dark brown endpapers. This American edition includes a story not in the London edition: "The Tinker's Tom." A tiny bit of bumping to top and bottom of psine but this is otherwise a rock slid offering awaiting an adoptive and appreciative new home. Enough said though of the instant gratification of rare offerings and wise investments. The friction of time, which obliterates most things, adds only lustre to the embryonic paradigm of these ageless revelations of both the bodily and spiritual sides of total societal symbosis. Read to learn; go forth to share - in the Hirschfeld Galleries' tradition of both collective and retroactive self-actualization. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. N° de ref. de la librería 003835
