The Second Edition. Front board entirely missing. Rear board with corners bumped, some cardboard showing through, and significant rubbing/wear. Outline stains on front and rear endpapers and rear pastedown. Previous Owner's name in cursive on title page, contents page, and at the first page of "Letter 1." Intriguing because the name is tidily in about the same spot on the page each time, but alas, the owner's flourish escapes my ability to read it. There are occasional pages with vague corner folds, and a few spots with small stains, but other than the slightly obsessive previous owner mentioned, the book is free of marks, with few blemishes of any sort on the pages. The spine remains straight and tight, despite the missing front board, etc. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you'd like to see additional pictures, or have any specific concerns we can address.
