Mr. Arfa’s law practice includes counseling of clients and representation in litigation and arbitration in cases involving wrongful termination, failure to pay earned compensation, bonus disputes, and litigation involving discrimination (including sexual harassment), breach of contract, restrictive covenants (non-competes), whistle blower and related employment matters. Mr. Arfa is also actively involved in representing clients with the drafting and preparation of employment contracts and separation agreements.
