Signed by the author on fly-leaf. Limited edition, No. 200 of a limited printing of 950 copies. Illustrated by Aiden L. Ripley. Large 8vo, (9) + 202pp. Illustrated with numerous black & white plates. Hardcover, bound in original dark brown faux leather with gilt title to spine and small gilt vignette to front board, housed in publisher's wood-grained paper-covered slipcase with red leather edging. In very good minus condition. Binding is firm and square; contents are crisp, clean, and unmarked. Gilt is a bit dulled (as usual). Light rubbing and wear to board corners and spine ends.
