H A Manhood, Little Peter the Great, with frontispiece by Rowland Hilder and foreword by Henry Williamson; 8. Sylvia Townsend Warner, A Moral Ending and Other Stories, with frontispiece by William Kermode and foreword by T F Powys; 9. David Garnett, A Terrible Day, with frontispiece by Duncan Grant and foreword by H E Bates; 10. Liam O'Flaherty, The Wild Swan and Other Stories, with frontispiece by P V Moon and foreword by Rhys Davies; 11. Each book is one of 550 printed at the Chiswick Press, numbered and signed on the limitation by the author. The Man from Kilsheelan is additionally inscribed on the front free endpaper by A E Coppard 'For Harold Kamp' with a hand-written short anecdote about a poet and a publisher attributed to Ambrose Bierce in Coppard's hand. All twelve volumes original publisher's coloured cloth with gilt lettering to spine and gilt top edges, other page edges uncut. In scarce original cardboard slipcase. Spines very slightly faded, otherwise very good indeed clean condition. Slipcase scuffed around edges and corners and with one long L-shaped tear to paper covering of one panel due to underlying cardboard having been at one stage pushed through; worn, but still functional.
