Descripción:

London; printed and sold by T. Towers in Piccadilly, M. Cooper, in Pater-nofter-Row, and H. Cook, the Royal Exchange, 1758. 67pp + 2pp postscript. Disbound pamphlet. Sm8vo. Title lightly browned, some browning of contents, mostly marginal, first 8 pages detached from rest of contents. A good sound copy. Discusses the ill-fated English campaign led by General Mordaunt to take the French port of Rochefort, and lays the blame for its failure against Mordaunt, rather than at the door of Prime Minister Pitt.
