Half leather with marbled covers, the rear cover is detached, the front cover is held by the strings, chipping with leather loss on the spine. The text is complete. Pages; 140 / 81, III/ (4), XXIV, 67, (1). 3 works in 1- Essays by Dr. Goldsmith published by J Parsons in 1794, bound without the engraved title. The Poetical Works of Lord Lyttleton published by C. Cooke in 1797, with 1 plate- bound without the engraved title. The Poetical Works of Oliver Goldsmith published by C. Cooke in 1798, with 1 plate- bound without the engraved title (and portait?). The first title with marking, and some other marking in places, stain to the bottom corner of the plates. Generally tidy, retains endpapers. Covers detached, some chipping and darkening at the top of the spine, the text is complete, bright internally, minor stain at the top corner margin in the first half.
