Hardcover, bound in original light brown cloth with gilt lettering to spine, blind tooled borders and decoratie floral patterns to both boards. Pale yellow endpapers. In very good condition. Binding and hinges are intact and firm; contents are clean and bright with no signs of prior ownership. Occasional, isolated, light foxing or spotting. Minor rubbing to joints and corners, spine and upper board slightly faded, else fine. A lovely copy of the true first issue, now protected in a custom-made clear Acetate dustwrapper.
