Descripción

Ninth volume of Biff Brewster Mystery Adventures series. Here, Biff Brewster seeks the lost tomb of Egypt's ancient Prince Reth but is haunted at every step by a "living mummy" and also challenged by worshipers of Thoth, the deity of the dead. 170 pp. with black and white full-page illustrations. Pictoral endpapers feature scenes from Biff's adventures. Grey and white scale-like pattern to casing on boards with black lettering and design. Blue topstain. Very light spine lean. A bit of light rubbing to spinecaps and corners. Rear board very lightly cocked with just a bit of a curve to vertical and horizontal axis. Black ink to very edge of bottom spinecap; bottom 2 cm of spinecap indented a bit. Just a bit of light soiling to fore edge; several very small spots and several very small scratches to top edge. A bit of stitching visible along front hinge, but hinge is still quite sturdy. DJ archivally protected, price-clipped. One 1cm chip and an 0.5 inch closed tear to top edge with more very light edgewear elsewhere with just a bit of rubbing and creasing. Light rubbing to edge between front DJ panel and front flap. NEAR FINE in very good plus dustjacket. N° de ref. de la librería 64850
