About the Author:

is a Lecturer at the University of Guyana and teaches in Organizational Theory and Behaviour at the Undergraduate and Masters levels. He received his B.Soc.Sc. in Accountancy and M.Soc.Sc from the University of Guyana, his MBA from Waynesburg College P.A. and is currently pursuing a PhD at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium.
