(Bertha Lincoln Heustis) in dark black fountain pen ink on proxy document permitting Mary O'Connor to vote her shares at the annual meeting of the Las Palmas and Sunset Corporation, May 15, 1929. 8 1/2 in x 5 1/2 in; 1 page. Very good. Scarce. This corporation was involved in the purchase of land in Hollywood. It later became the foundation for the Writer's Guild. Provenance: from the estate of Mary H. O'Connor.
