A true UK first edition / first printing, with the full numberline 135798642 on the copyright page. A very nice copy of this brilliant novel, by the famous Irish author of 'The Butcher Boy' and 'Breakfast on Pluto'. Price clipped. Two 5mm closed nicks on the bottom edge of the jacket. A few tiny foxing speckles on the edge of the text block. Very monor faults on an otherwise lovely book. No inscriptions or ex-library plates. We protect all our books with a removable plastic cover, and send them with care. N° de ref. de la librería 000375

He is the author of the children?s story The Adventures of Shay Mouse, and the novels Music on Clinton Street, Carn, The Butcher Boy (winner of the Irish Times/Aer Lingus Literature Prize and shortlisted for the 1992 Booker Prize), The Dead School , Breakfast on Pluto (shortlisted for the 1998 Booker Prize), Mondo Desperando, Emerald Germs of Ireland and Call Me The Breeze.
