Title and section initial caps in red. Chipboard slipcase covered in dark green paper. Colophon: "By special arrangement Linotype original Baskerville was used in this book for the first time. Printed on Worthy rag paper by William Edwin Rudge at Mt. Vernon, N. Y. December 1930. Typography and binding by Frederic Warde." Spines minimally soiled and ends rubbed. Case rubbed and scarred. A handsome set from master printer Rudge II (1876-1931) during his golden era with designers Warde and Bruce Rogers. This was the final title in his series of Christmas books first issued in 1920.
