Townships & ministers named with extent of land allocated. Protests from Church of Scotland who were not allocated land. The constitution Act of 1791 created Clergy Reserves to support "protestant clergy". The reserves were one seventh of all crown lands and following the interpretation of the act by the first Lt-Governor were allocated to the Church of England only.
