This copy being number 731 of an edition limited to 1000 copies. Original publisher's quarter cloth with printed paper title block over grey paper-covered boards with printed title block to the front board. Edges rough-cut. Hand made paper. No slipcase. A very good minus tight copy. A former owner's ink name and date to the head of the front endpaper. Three board corners bumped with some loss to the upper corner of the front board. Several light marks to the boards. Slight spotting to the endpapers. The book plate of David Buchanan Smith to the front paste-down. He died in 2015 aged 79 and was one of Scotland's best known and most-colourful Sherrifs'. A very good minus, essentially clean, tight copy of a rare book and limited edition. Shipping from the UK.
