Descripción London: Burke's Peerage Limited, 1939. Hardcover. Condición: Very Good. A massive hardcover in burgundy cloth boards. With 3058 pages. With 54 pages of plates in color showing coats of arms. A few full-page coats, showing the arms of King Edward and Queen Victoria, dozens of other arms in color shown four to a page. Other arms throughout the 3000 pages, images of coats in black and white. This book is impractically large and difficult to handle due to its sheer size. A sound binding, nonetheless. Boards are showing some marks, a few dark stains at each board, some wear at edges. A red pencil mark at the title page, but the text is otherwise free of marks and writing.
