U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank.
For domestic shipping, please add $3.50 for media mail or $6.00 for priority
mail shipping; for each additional book please add $1.50 for priority mail or
$1.00 for media mail. For international orders, the shipping charges vary
greatly...
