Pages moderately age-toned but still flexible, easily turned & read. Some minor pencil corrections to the bibliography at rear, evidently by a knowledgeable hand. With sections on Antarctic Climate; Geology; Ice; Zoology; Botany; Sledge-Travelling; Geography, etc. The three, two-color, folding maps which are called for are all in place and properly folded in their pocket at rear; one panel of Sheet No. 1 is starting to separate along a fold, could be easily repaired but we have not undertaken. 586 pp. including index.
