Gorgeous gilt design on a deep rich navy blue background cover, hardback book, with gilt titles running along the spine. Comes with matching colour slipcase box. Still has its original shrink wrapper on. This wonderful book is in fabulous, virtually new condition, normal wear and marks apply, consistent with use and age. I have not listed a published date, as the book is still in its shrink wrap and I'm not tempted to open it up to find out as the true value of the book is its still unopened. However I would assume its probably published from around the year, 2012 onwards date. I'm listing this information on the basis I have a similar book which is opened. 302 pages all intact, all pages, text and wonderful illustrations are in super clean, good, readable order. Frontispiece: Leonardo da Vinci's studies of the foetus in the womb, 1510-13. Typeset in Dante at The Folio Society, Printed on Enterprise Paper by Firmengruppe Appl, Wemding, Germany.
