Review:

This book is an excellent and valuable contribution to international contract practice. I have already been able to use it to my benefit, particularly the instructive and relevant discussion of the 'best efforts' contract clause as seen from various jurisdictions." Professor Thomas W. Walde, CEPMLP/University of Dundee & Essex Court Chambers, London"
