Marie Elsa Lobo has a unique gift: she is a sculptor, but her medium is not marble or bronze. She creates food garnishes by carving vegetables into flowers, birds, animals and figures. For over two decades Marie Elsa has shared her art appearing in TV Shows and Food Festivals not only in India but also on her extensive travels abroad. She has given interviews and demonstrations for India's National Television Network (Doordarshan), the International Food Festival in Singapore, and the Gown Convention in Toronto, Canada. The Manila Chronicle interviewed her in the Philippines, and The Eagle Beacon in Wichita, Kansas, USA. Numerous popular magazines and newspapers in India have written about her: Savvy, Femina, Eve's Weekly, Fitness, Sunday Free Press Journal, Mid-Day, The Indian Post and The Indian Express.
