Sathish L A MSc, PhD is currently Head, Department of Physics, Sir M Visvesvarava Institute of Technology, Bangalore. He received his MSc degree and PhD from University of Mysore. He has carried out his research work at the Department of Studies in Physics, Manasagangotri, University of Mysore, Mysore, under BANS Project, sponsored by the Department of Atomic Energy, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Government of India. He has over a decade of teaching experience and has published many research papers in national and international journals.
