Increasingly, development partners are placing special emphasis on project monitoring in Africa. Any institution or organization cannot achieve its objectives without improving its technical support system and management approaches to any project. Indeed, the analysis of the operational monitoring mechanisms of the "Delivery Science of Graduation" (PDSG) project has raised awareness and, although the project is proceeding well, several weaknesses have been recorded at different levels. These dysfunctions need to be addressed in order to achieve better performance and ensure the sustainability of the interventions. In addition, we can point out that despite various dysfunctions, the project benefits from an efficient institutional set-up and an adherent approach in the strategic choices that are fully justified by the donors. This institutional set-up places the execution of the PDSG exclusively in the hands of the stakeholders from the grassroots to the central level, which has been able to develop a network of functional relationships with all the actors in the implementation of activities in general.
