Software quality is most imperative aspect of software product which can be accomplished using software process. Success of software product directly related to users who use the software. Usability of software product is the one of the most important quality attribute for user. Usability of software product can be achieved using software process. Proposed usability framework is discussed to integrate usability through software process. Proposed framework is applicable for small scale software where requirements are fix (usability). Usability requirement analysis is focused on to show the important aspects of usability and its attributes. Usability requirement is analyzed based on usability questionnaire where responses is from user perspective. After analysis, user satisfaction, performance, accuracy, usefulness, and efficiency are got as most vital usability attributes from user point of view which is illustrated using an example to show the integration of usability through software process.
