James Howard is a graduate student at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. His major advisor was Cynthia C. Thompson. Cynthia Carlton Thompson is a full Professor and Mitchell Henke is an assistant Professor at North Carolina A&T State University. Dr. Thompson and Dr. Henke received their Ph.D. from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg.
