Adane Nega Tarekegn received MSc. degree in Information Technology from University of Gondar in 2014, BSc. Degree in Computer Science from Bahir Dar University in 2008. Alemu kumilachew Tegegne received MSc. degree in Information System from Addis Ababa University in 2009, BSc. Degree in Information Technology from Gimma University in 2006.
