Therefore, the starting condition for an efficient marketing is the knowledge of the rules that individuals use in decisions concerning purchase. My work aims to show how the study of decision processes in purchasing offers relevant applicable possibilities in the marketing field, since it provides useful elements in developing efficient client-centered solutions.

Biografía del autor

Francesca Gori was born in Italy, after getting her degree at the university Roma Tre, she decide to deepen her studies in an area inherent the psychology, so she gets a second degree in Psychology of work at the Università Europea di Roma. After this she starts the MBA at the same time she work for TEDX. Today Francesca works at the University.
