About the authorDr H.N.Srivastava, former Additional Director General,India Meteorological Department,New Delhi, and Head of seismology has about 50 years of experience in observational and research experience in seismology, meteorology and microwave Physics.He has contributed about 200 research publications and authored 12 books.
