Biografía del autor:

The Author was born in 1985 G.C.in Oromia Regional State, Ethiopia. The Author graduated with B.Sc in Food Science and Post Harvest Technology and M.Sc in Food Science and Nutrition from Haramaya and Addis Ababa university, respectively. Now the Author is a Lecturer of Wollega university, Ethiopia, in Food Science & Technology Institute.
