Acerca del autor
Russell Gagg is Principal Lecturer and Course Leader?in?Interior Architecture and Design at Arts University Bournemouth, UK. Russell has worked in practice across the UK, Asia and Australasia on a diverse range of projects from leisure, commercial and retail to educational, correctional and residential. He is also an external examiner for Birmingham City University, and a member of the Interior Educators organization, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. Russell is the author of Basics Interior Architecture 05: Texture + Materials (2011).

The choice and use of materials in interior architecture and interior design is endless but the appropriate choice and correct use by the designer can have the most dramatic or the most subtle of effects.
