Character First Education is a division of Strata Leadership, the world's largest character-based leadership development program for business, government, public safety, education, and families. While character formation begins at home, we believe everyone who interacts with a child or teen has an opportunity to teach or encourage positive social values. Character First Education exists to help teachers, administrators, and parents build future leaders with character. We offer curriculum and training that works in public, private, and home schools, mentoring programs, summer camps, and almost any educational setting.
