Review:

If you are just beginning the process of portfolio management, or need to fix the way you are currently doing it, this pragmatic guide will help you on your journey. Dr. Kodukula has written a highly readable and actionable work on how to implement portfolio management in any organization. --J. LeRoy Ward, PMP, PgMP, PfMP, CSM, President, Ward Associates

Dr. Kodukula has created for portfolio managers and project management offices a reference that offers a concise methodology and myriad of tools for managing the complex world of portfolio management. Organizational Project Portfolio Management is a useful addition to the personal libraries of all those seeking to better understand this emerging business process. --Todd Beard, PMO Leader, Dow Chemical

Overall, I was very impressed with the breadth, depth, and simplicity of this book. Organizational Project Portfolio Management by Dr. Prasad Kodukula is a compelling recipe for creating, organizing, and executing a portfolio management process. The author explains the principles of a PMO and demonstrates how to avoid pitfalls and optimize value. For me, the book is a quick reference for answering any question that I did or could have had while leading the implementation of a PMO and PM discipline into an entrepreneurial culture. With this book, all project management practitioners now have a one-stop, go-to guide that they can refer to. It is a must read! --Brent Lalomia, Senior Director, PMO & Business Process Improvement, Stryker
