Even the spine shows what one dreams in the patisserie of dreams. No, they are not white clouds curled in the pink sky, but these are the contours of a small turret from Choux pastry filled with coffee and chocolate cream. Author Philippe Conticini is a creative chef who is attributed to the French avant-garde, including he invented the Verinnes, vertically instead of horizontally oriented glass on the plate food. With the hotelier Thierry Teyssier 2009 he founded the Pâtisserie des Rêves, an expanding company whose smallest, most mobile offshoot is the present baking book. The multiple cookbook author Conticini is not yet represented on the German book market, which is regrettable. The Pâtisserie des Rêves, the course provides the backdrop for many illustrations, shows how a modern variety of Willy Wonka's chocolate factory, minimalist design with laboratory-like items, lots of chrome and glass, space marine grade furniture, in addition to lots of white and bright colors, including a lot of Pink .
