As the title suggests, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) can be beneficial for and used by ‘Everyone.’ It is a non-invasive, self-empowering, easy to learn technique which can help people to live healthier, happier lives. The aim of this book is to demonstrate the versatility and depth of EFT. This is achieved by each co-author sharing their introduction to EFT and how it has helped them and their clients move forward in a more positive and successful way. It would also be a useful reference book for EFT practitioners and their clients, as the case studies cover such diverse areas using real life stories of everyday people.
