Sinopsis

This deskbook sets out to explain the provision of the UK Copyright Act and supporting legislation in quick and easy question-and-answer form. This third edition incorporates all the UK laws designed to meet European standards, up to the book's publication. It takes account of legislation on databases in a chapter which aims to explain the law in straightforward terms and also answer some of the questions that it is likely to provoke.
