But the artists were masters of the art of titillation and this book features a series of illustrations of the clinch, the erotic embrace, or the promise of its imminent occurence. She was the seductive vamp of every American male's dreams - frequently in the uniform of a nurse or air hostess, body straining against lingerie in disaray.
