Lucy Knox studied home economics at Surrey Universtiy before winning a scholarship to Peter Kump's prestigious cookery school in New York. she has worked as a freelance home economist for advertising, books and magazines. In the past she has written regular feature for Best andf the Express Saturday Magazine, did a weekly live Hour-long cookery programme for BBC Southern counties radio and has given more than 200 cookery demonstrations at county shows throughout Britain. Lucy regulary writes for Daily Mail Weekend, the Sunday Mirror magazine, At Home with Lorraine Kelly and Now. She is the author of Weber's Fun and Easy Grilling (1840727896)
