Acerca del autor

Kathy Schmitz made her first quilt at age 13 on her grandmother's treadle sewing machine. She grew up drawing, painting, and sewing, and went on to become a graphic designer. In 2002 she founded Kathy Schmitz Studio, and her illustrations were a huge success.
