"The Dynamic Decision Maker" presents five identifiable styles that compose the framework for managerial decision making. The authors show managers how to: find a style that works best in a particular situation and be able to change style consciously for performance improvement and opening career opportunities; identify these decision styles from many different aspects; analyze team performance and develop teams by using the style model; and solve conflicts created by routine business transactions.
