Some papers stress the statistical analysis of probabilistic data; others address causal issues in physics, with an emphasis on physical processes that are also probabilistic - ie. stochastic processes.
Biografía del autor:
Maria Carla Galavotti is professor of the philosophy of science at the University of Bologna. Patrick Suppes is the Lucie Stern Professor of Philosophy, Emeritus at Stanford University. Domenico Constantini is professor of the theory of probability at the University of Bologna.
